Due to the current climate in regards to COVID-19 GGU is no longer accepting orders for the foreseeable future
If, for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have ordered, you may return them to us for a refund at any time during the period of 28 days – beginning from the day on which you receive the goods as the first day. This is provided you have told us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods. Goods shall not be accepted for exchange outside of this 28 day period except in exceptional circumstances, as to which we shall be the sole judge.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items.
If you require an exchange, please return your item(s) to us and we will arrange a refund via your original payment method. You should then place a new order for the items required.
You can advise us that you intend to return the goods by:

You should then return the goods to us, in their original condition and packaging with the original receipt. Goods that have been worn cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. If a returned item does not pass our inspection Girlguiding Ulster cannot accept the item back for refund.
Your right to cancel your order does not apply to the following, unless they are faulty:
- Goods made to your specification, or which are personalized to your specification
- Audio or video recordings which have been unsealed
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines
You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us for exchange or refund, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. In this case, please contact us and to discuss what to do next. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
