Look Wider and Awards Record Book – This record book includes space to record Look Wider, the Young Leader Qualification, The Senior Section Permit and key information about Peer Education trainings you have delivered and DofE Log in information. It also includes space to include any other awards and badges completed (such as Girls In Action or Me In Mind), events attended and residentials members have taken part in. Queen’s Guide Award Record Book – This record book is for members of The Senior Section who are working towards the Queen’s Guide Award.
Commonwealth Award Record Book – This record book is for Guides and members of The Senior Section who are working towards the Commonwealth Award.
All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail Postal Service or another nominated courier. Delivery charges per order are as follows:

Goods will, in the absence of specified notification and/or at your request, normally be dispatched within four working days. Please allow up to a further four working days for delivery. At peak times of the year, such as September and October, delivery may take a little longer.
Claims for shortages or damage(s) must be made in writing or email and received by Girlguiding Ulster within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
Out of Stock Items
If any of the items you order are out of stock or no longer available after you have placed your order we will contact you to let you know. If you have ordered several items then we will dispatch what goods are available as normal and ask you to place an order for the outstanding items at a later date.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have ordered, you may return them to us for a refund at any time during the period of 28 days – beginning from the day on which you receive the goods as the first day. This is provided you have told us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods. Goods shall not be accepted for exchange outside of this 28 day period except in exceptional circumstances, as to which we shall be the sole judge.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items.
If you require an exchange, please return your item(s) to us and we will arrange a refund via your original payment method. You should then place a new order for the items required.
You can advise us that you intend to return the goods by:

You should then return the goods to us, in their original condition and packaging with the original receipt. Goods that have been worn cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. If a returned item does not pass our inspection Girlguiding Ulster cannot accept the item back for refund.
Your right to cancel your order does not apply to the following, unless they are faulty:
- Goods made to your specification, or which are personalized to your specification
- Audio or video recordings which have been unsealed
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines
You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us for exchange or refund, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. In this case, please contact us and to discuss what to do next. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
